Job Description
Due to the continued growth of King and Moffatt Building Services we are now looking to hire a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to provide maintenance support on a number of our existing projects across the central belt region of Ireland.
What you would do:
- Air Handling Unit Maintenance - Inspect supply fan drives pulleys for wear and tear driven belt tension and fan impeller for damage or material impingement.
- AC Maintenance - check all electrical connections condenser fan temperatures and pressures etc.
- Boiler Maintenance - check flue soundness ensure guard is fitted check condensate drainage system etc.
- Calorifier Maintenance - check insulation valves settings and outlet temperature.
- Pump Maintenance & Booster Sets Maintenance - check motor starter connections and seals for leaks.
- TMV Valves Maintenance - check hot and cold water supply filters and temperatures.
- General maintenance of smoke & fire dampers pressurisation units AOV and fan coil units.
- General maintenance of plumbing pipework taps and leaks.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a hands-on mechanical maintenance role
- Experience of Fan Coil Units Air Handling Units pump and boiler maintenance
- Full drivers license
