Ever wondered what it feels like to be an Application Consultant - Card Transactions in Netcompany
As a Card Switching Application Consultant you will:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
- Configure and customize software applications according to client specifications.
- Conduct system demonstrations training sessions and user acceptance testing.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application issues.
- Assist in the deployment integration and implementation of applications.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to application configurations and procedures.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay current with product updates industry trends and best practices.
- Gather feedback from clients to inform future enhancements and improvements.
Qualifications :
What would make you a fit for the role:
- At least 2 years of proven experience as an Applications Consultant or similar role.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and application configuration.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix/AIX O/S relevant scripting languages (Shell script perl script) and relational databases (preferably Oracle).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal)
It would also be a plus if you match some of the following:
- Knowledge of business process modeling.
- Experience working in a client-facing role.
- Experience with Card switching systems and integration tools like Oracle Tuxedo and Oracle Weblogic.
- Ability to provide technical training and support.
