Job Description
Ceda is currently seeking two Journeyman Structural Fitters for our Bonnyville Structural Shop. This is a local hire position with no living travel or meal allowances provided.
For candidates residing outside the Bonnyville area a room in company-provided housing may be available upon successful hire

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Interpret and work from structural blueprints drawings and schematics
- Fabricate install and maintain industrial and structural systems
- Lay out measure cut structural assemblies to required specifications
- Install pipe supports structural braces hangers and related components
- Ensure proper alignment and securement of structural components
- Operate hand and power tools
- Work collaboratively with welders riggers and other trades
- Adhere to job site safety procedures policies and PPE requirements
- Perform tasks efficiently with minimal supervision while maintaining high quality standards
Role Specifications
- Valid Journeyman Welder certification an asset
- Valid Journeyman Ironworker Certification
- 3 years proven structural fitting experience in an industrial structural or commercial setting
- Strong knowledge of structural supports layout and rigging techniques
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and piping schematics
- Experience working at heights in confined spaces and in varying environmental conditions
- Physically fit able to lift 50 lbs climb ladders/scaffolds and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- CSTS2020 or CSO (Common Safety Orientation) required
