Job Description

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and execute national MICE & Groups sales strategies to drive revenue across the domestic market
  • Grow and manage key client accounts focusing on corporate government PCO and association segments
  • Lead proactive business development through outbound sales lead generation and high-impact proposals
  • Collaborate with hotel and revenue teams to optimize occupancy ADR and revenue
  • Represent Fairmont Mayakoba at trade shows and industry events to elevate brand presence and convert leads
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide timely reporting on sales performance
  • Conduct client reviews and site visits to build strong relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery

Qualifications :

Your experience and abilities include:

  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Business Marketing or related field with 3-5 years of experience in group sales preferably in hotel or event management industry.
  • Proven success in achieving group sales targets with excellent negotiation communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office with strong analytical skills to interpret sales metrics and market dynamics.
  • Self-motivated team player with a proactive approach and willingness to travel for client meetings and events.


Additional Information :

Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.

  • VISA REQUIREMENTS: Must already be legally entitled to work in Mexico to be considered for the position.
