Key Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and execute national MICE & Groups sales strategies to drive revenue across the domestic market
- Grow and manage key client accounts focusing on corporate government PCO and association segments
- Lead proactive business development through outbound sales lead generation and high-impact proposals
- Collaborate with hotel and revenue teams to optimize occupancy ADR and revenue
- Represent Fairmont Mayakoba at trade shows and industry events to elevate brand presence and convert leads
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide timely reporting on sales performance
- Conduct client reviews and site visits to build strong relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery
Qualifications :
Your experience and abilities include:
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Business Marketing or related field with 3-5 years of experience in group sales preferably in hotel or event management industry.
- Proven success in achieving group sales targets with excellent negotiation communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office with strong analytical skills to interpret sales metrics and market dynamics.
- Self-motivated team player with a proactive approach and willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
