Job Description
We are seeking a C Programmer to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for early-career professionals (1-3 yrs exp) who are passionate about programming and performance-critical applications. You will work closely with senior engineers to design develop test and maintain software written in C. You will report to a Senior Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write clean efficient and well-documented C code for our software components
- Help with debugging and troubleshooting software issues in development and production environments
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of coding standards
- Collaborate with teams and product management
- Maintain and update technical documentation related to software modules
- Support integration and testing of software with hardware systems (if applicable)
- Learn and apply best practices in software development version control and testing
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in C programming language
- Familiarity with data structures algorithms and memory management
- Experience with operating systems concepts (Linux/Unix preferred)
- Experience with version control systems like Git
- Exposure to debugging tools such as GDB or Valgrind is a plus
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of AWS
- Knowledge of scripting languages for automation
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and build systems
- Knowledge of C
