You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a Financial Wellbeing Advisor within Catch22s Justice team in London you will play a key role in supporting ex-offenders on probation focusing on their financial needs. Working with adult males youll explore the root causes of financial hardship and help address debt benefits and overall financial wellbeing to build their confidence in managing finances independently.
You will manage a caseload conducting assessments and developing action plans while collaborating with local agencies to deliver support. Youll also assist with accessing benefits banking services and financial entitlements. The role is autonomous but collaborative with opportunities to improve service quality and share innovative ideas.
About You
Youre highly organized process-driven and able to manage workloads efficiently. With a keen eye for detail and strong writing skills you ensure timely and high-quality case management. Proactive and resilient you thrive under pressure and are quick to learn ready to tackle new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Youll have experience in the Criminal Justice System or working with disadvantaged people with a passion for making a positive impact.

Hours & work pattern: Full time 38 hours per week.

Location: This role involves travelling across one of the 8 Cluster areas below to support your service users in the community when on licence. In your cover letter to the hiring manager please specify your first preference of location:

Proactive Recruitment Strategy: We are proactively recruiting to build a pool of pre-cleared candidates for future vacancies.
