Join the Rent Booking team as a Senior Product Analyst (m/f/d) Testing and User Experience! We are looking for a dynamic professional to lead A/B-test experiments with precision and excellence ensuring impactful decisions are derived from our data. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You drive scalable and reliable experimentation for SIXT Rent
- You report to the Director of Product Digital Experience and work closely with Senior Leaders
- You serve as the main point of contact for product analytics requests about Rent Booking
- You work closely with cross-functional teams to design execute analyze and derive insights from A/B tests
- You gather and analyze data to support decision-making and offer actionable proposals to senior leadership and simplify complex analyses into clear understandable language
- You work with stakeholders to identify business challenges formulate hypotheses and develop strategies for impactful insights
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Experience You possess extensive experience in managing A/B tests at scale to enhance product development with a solid foundation in statistical intuition and practical experience in data-driven problem-solving
- Tools You are skilled in SQL and statistical programming particularly with Python
- Experimentation You ideally have prior experience in creating experimentation platforms
- Soft Skills You are a driven and empathetic communicator skilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams and effectively engaging with diverse business stakeholders
- Language You are fluent in English with proficiency in German being an advantage
