Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Azure Intune SME to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the design deployment and management of Microsoft Intune solutions integrated with Azure AD and other Microsoft 365 services. You will serve as a trusted advisor and technical authority for all Intune-related initiatives ensuring modern device management best practices are implemented and maintained.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the architecture deployment configuration and optimization of Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) environments.

Manage Intune policies for Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) across iOS Android Windows and macOS platforms.

Design and implement conditional access policies compliance policies and device security baselines.

Integrate Intune with Azure Active Directory (AAD) Microsoft Defender and other Microsoft 365 security components.

Handle application packaging deployment and patch management through Intune.

Drive Zero Trust security models including identity protection device compliance and secure access.

Collaborate with security infrastructure and service desk teams to ensure seamless operations and security of end-user devices.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex Intune and device management issues.

Provide subject matter expertise during technical workshops client meetings and solution design phases.

Stay up-to-date with Microsoft Endpoint Manager Azure updates and emerging best practices.
Required Skills and Experience:
-
10 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in Intune and Azure Endpoint Manager implementations.

Strong expertise in:

Microsoft Intune (device compliance configuration profiles autopilot app protection policies)
-
Azure Active Directory Conditional Access
-
Windows 10/11 management macOS/iOS/Android device management

Endpoint security and Microsoft Defender integration
-

Good understanding of PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration.

Experience with SCCM/ConfigMgr and co-management scenarios is a plus.

Strong knowledge of security and compliance standards related to device management.

Microsoft certifications (such as MS-102 MD-102 SC-300 AZ-104 are highly desirable.

Excellent analytical problem-solving communication and documentation skills.
Education:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
