Role Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain AEM applications and components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
- Ensure application performance and scalability through optimization techniques.
- Integrate third-party services and APIs for seamless functionality.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for AEM projects.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Support the deployment process and conduct testing to verify application integrity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AEM and related technologies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in AEM development.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updates.
- Utilize version control systems to manage code changes and releases.
- Implement security best practices to protect client data and applications.
- Conduct performance and load testing to enhance user experience.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies like stand-ups and sprint planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 6 years of experience in AEM development.
- Strong proficiency in Java and web technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript).
- Experience with AEM 6.x and later) and its feature set.
- Knowledge of frontend frameworks like Angular or React is a plus.
- Solid understanding of content management principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with API services and integration methodologies.
- Experience working in Agile environments and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks (JUnit TestNG) is preferred.
- Understanding of security practices in web applications.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proactive learning attitude and openness to feedback.
