About the Community:
This is a place where amenities and lifestyle the indoors and the outdoors the daytime and the evening all come together to create community. On site you will find a state-of-the-art amenity center including a computer lab billiards room wellness center and indoor and outdoor pools fitness center walking trails and a plethora of outdoor facilities. This is the epitome of true southern comfort. The rolling topography creates beautiful country-like views of the area with plenty of opportunities to view wildlife in its natural habitat including a bayou. This community is geared toward those aged 55 and better.
Our Front Desk Associates are the Ambassadors of First Impressions. They serve our community with administrative duties and provide above and beyond service that promotes CCMCs core values.
What youll accomplish:
- Managing front desk operations
- Greeting and assisting guests answering phones and directing calls
- Opening and closing the Community Center as shift requires
- Checking in members and guests to ensure planned use of the facilities
- Registering residents for special events and collecting payment
- Assisting the Membership Coordinator with an array of administrative duties
- Enforcing policies and procedures
- Maintaining a clean and inviting front desk environment
What were looking for:
- Ability to work a Wednesday - Sunday schedule (3pm-9/10pm W-Sa 11am-6pm Sun).
- At least 6 months of customer service experience with basic cash handling skills
- A dynamic professional individual with a strong sense of organization attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Outgoing with a professional personality
- Must work well independently and within a group
- Excellent people skills with a commitment to customer service
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
- Computer skills that include a strong working knowledge of MS Office programs
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
If driving is or becomes a requirement of the role it is required at all times that you hold a valid state drivers license for the class of vehicle you are driving maintain a clean motor vehicle report and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits. You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing. CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with these requirements.
The physical requirements can vary but generally they may include:
- Mobility: Ability to walk the grounds long distances in various weather conditions.
- Lifting and Carrying: Occasionally lifting and carrying supplies or equipment up to 25 pounds.
- Extended Sitting or Standing: Capability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events.
