Twoje obowizki:

• Kompleksowe doradztwo prawne zwizane z dziaalnoci Spki w szczeglnoci w obszarze prawa cywilnego gospodarczego pracy oraz ochrony danych osobowych
• Sporzdzanie i opiniowanie projektw wewntrznych aktw prawnych dokumentw korporacyjnych oraz procedur operacyjnych
• Udzielanie wyjanie i sporzdzanie opinii prawnych dla potrzeb spki
• Sporzdzanie projektw pism i umw oraz uczestnictwo w negocjacjach dotyczcych umw o wsppracy
• Monitorowanie zmian regulacji prawnych dotyczcych spki i ich wdraanie
• Reprezentowanie spki jako Penomocnik w tym w postpowaniach sdowych
• Wsparcie prawne w zakresie biecej dziaalnoci spek z grupy kapitaowej oraz wsppraca z zewntrznymi kancelariami prawnymi

Nasze oczekiwania:

• Uprawnienia do wykonywania zawodu Adwokata lub Radcy Prawnego.
• Minimum 3 lata dowiadczenia w pracy jako adwokat lub radca prawny w dziale prawnym i/lub kancelarii prawnej
• Znajomo prawa handlowego cywilnego prawa ochrony konkurencji i konsumentw oraz prawa pracy i prawa ochrony danych osobowych
• Zdolnoci interpersonalne oraz samodzielno w dziaaniu
• Znajomo jzyka angielskiego w mowie i pimie w tym sporzdzania pism procesowych umw i opinii prawnych.

Personal data will be processed both in paper and electronic form in ITsystems however the Controller will not make automated decisions (includingin the form of profiling).
