Job Description

About the Job: Senior Sales Manager (Eastwood) Onsite

Location: Eastwood / 100% onsite

Schedule: Dayshift

Responsibilities

1. Sales Leadership & Team Management

  • Coach and mentor and grow a team of sales professionals.
  • Set performance objectives track KPIs and create development plans to drive excellence.

2. Enterprise Sales & Pipeline Management

  • Grow sales companys portfolio: Co-location CloudSecure (IaaS/SaaS/DraaS/BaaS UCaaS/VoIP and IT Leasing ) with direct enterprise end-users
  • Develop partnership with industry partners ISVs Sis consultants and vendors.
  • Develop territory plans manage pipeline and provide accurate forecasting.

3. Lead Conversion & Deal Execution

  • Own the complete sales cycle: lead generation qualification technical scoping proposals negotiations and deal closing.
  • Apply consultative solution-centric selling to win enterprise accounts for long-term strategic engagements.

4. Commercial & Technical Proposal Development

  • Lead the creation of compelling proposals scopes of work (SOWs) and pricing models.
  • Ensure proposal are comprehensive legally sound and aligned with service capabilities working with Pre-Sales Service Engineering Service Delivery Finance Teams

5. Solution Selling & Technical Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Solutions Architects Service Engineering and Service Delivery
    Teams to design and scope integrated

Qualifications:

  • 12 years in enterprise B2B sales Experience in those areas IT infrastructure and virtualization
    and containers data management and cybersecurity.
  • Bachelors degree in business Engineering IT or similar; MBA/technical masters
    preferred.
  • 5 years leading sales or technical account teams. (Senior Manager Level)
  • Proven ability to convert leads into revenue with commercial and technical proposals.
  • Technical familiarity with colocation IaaS/SaaS/DraaS/BaaS NaaS UCaaS and IT leadership.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Collaborative leadership style with cross-functional coordination experience
