We are looking for a hardworking outgoing and great customer-service based individual to join our Sales BDC Team!
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills great customer-service capabilities and the drive to meet and exceed sales goals. As a key member of our sales team you will be responsible for scheduling sales appointments and corresponding with our sales specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and transfer customer to the appropriate department.
- Complete all tasks for the day - outbound calls texts and emails.
Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Follow up with potential and existing customers via phone email and text.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products services or solutions.
Maintain deep knowledge of current inventory promotions and product specifications.
Provide accurate information on pricing availability financing and warranties.
Handle customer inquiries concerns and complaints promptly and effectively.
Follow up with leads and past customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems with relevant interactions and notes.
Support walk-in traffic and ensure the showroom or sales floor is welcoming and organized.
