What is the opportunity

The selected candidate will be responsible of the fulfillment of transactions within Team NAV (net asset value). The functions within the team are Transfers Out to OFI and Estate Payouts. The selected candidate will complete same day transactions providing an exceptional client experience. The candidate will acquire extensive Investment knowledge and will also act as a referral point for other team members for the applicable policy process and procedure. The business hours are Monday Friday from 8:30 AM 5:00 PM.

What will you do

  • Delivers excellent service to our clients every time; focusing on doing what is best for our clients and the organization - making it Simpler Faster Better.
  • Focus on attaining established benchmarks for complex and/or specialized client activities transactions and/or processes contributing to achievement of business specific Client Service Commitments (CSCs) and/or Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Employee will participate in an Performance Edge program and must meet minimum performance thresholds set by your team/group
  • Consistently demonstrates a sense of urgency in daily activities understanding the importance and impact of personal actions on achieving a superior client experience.
  • Responsible for successful fulfillment and servicing of complex transactions and/or investigations.
  • Ensure process/controls are in place and are being followed.
  • Analyzes non-standard and/or specialized transactions.
  • Provides professional attentive and accurate service when dealing with both clients and staff. Demonstrates commitment to taking ownership & accountability at first point of contact and ensuring appropriate escalation as required

What do you need to succeed

Must-have

  • Investment Knowledge
  • Bilingualism (English and French) required as you will regularly do business with RBC partners and/or employees across Canada with English and French speaking needs.

  • Completion of Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma program
  • Strong background with the use of window based computer applications such as Word and Excel combined with accurate keyboarding skills
  • Proven analytical mindset and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrate ability to adapt to an ever changing environment
  • Maintaining a detail oriented approach while working in a high volume environment
  • Adaptability

Nice to have:

  • Estate Knowledge
  • Experience working with Sales Platform RBIS EMS RBC Express etc.
