What youll do

In the position of a Product Manager of Business Applications you will be responsible for delivering products and features that align with company strategy and sales development mission. As a Product Manager you will closely collaborate with Docusigns Sales Development GTM teams and your scrum team to deliver on a backlog that will scale our business. The successful candidate will understand the Docusign delivery process and business needs and will think one step ahead of their peers to advance the program week over week.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Manager Sales Engagement - Business Applications.

Responsibility

  • Lead building the strategy and roadmap for Sales Engagement using Outreach Platform Salesforce and related SaaS platforms

  • Deliver insights on the sales engagement and prospecting usage and trends and stay abreast of our industry and GTM strategies to anticipate our internal customers needs

  • Evaluate and prioritize requirements in partnership with business operations using data KPIs company OKRs industry best practices and new innovations

  • Prioritize and manage a product backlog for the current sales engagement initiatives

  • Write clear and concise user stories which create trust with the engineering teams

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver high value scalable solutions

  • Negotiate scope and timeline with business leads to achieve high value business outcomes

  • Own timely transparent communication to leadership team on teams delivery progress and attainment of KPIs

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. Preferred job designations are not guaranteed when changing positions within Docusign. What you bring

Basic

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Information Systems

  • 5 years experience in product management or business operations

  • Experience with enterprise system implementations for global companies


Preferred

  • Experience working on CRM like Salesforce

  • Experience working on Prospecting platform preferably Outreach

  • An experienced influencer with the ability to collaborate well in a matrixed environment having multiple stakeholders

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task and work independently or with minimal supervision

  • Experience using iterative or Agile methodologies

Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience.

Based on applicable legislation the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $126900.00 - $197800.00 base salary

This role is also eligible for the following:

  • Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
  • Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
