You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailMidland University a small private four-year college in Fremont Nebraska (just outside of metro Omaha) is seeking an exceptional adjunct faculty member to teach our Psychology of Learning courses in an in-person format. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering in-person class activities developing engaging online materials and assessments providing timely feedback on written assignments and responding to student inquiries within 24-hours meeting with them individually as needed. Courses are offered in 16-week terms. Term begins in Fall. There would be 1-2 courses per semester.
Qualifications:
A masters degree in Psychology or a closely-related field
A minimum of 3 years of professional work experience teaching at the college level or teaching/ training adults is highly preferred

An ability to work with diverse student populations
Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to foster a collegial work environment that encourages change and innovation; and an ability to interact effectively and work productively cooperatively and collaboratively with a variety of individuals and groups
