We are actively searching for a Beverage Production Lead
The Beverage Production Lead is responsible for overseeing daily beverage production operations to ensure efficient high-quality output. This role involves supervising production staff maintaining production schedules adhering to safety and quality standards and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet company goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the beverage production team on the floor ensuring adherence to production plans and schedules.
- Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality and safety standards.
- Train mentor and develop production staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Coordinate with supply chain quality assurance and maintenance teams to ensure smooth production flow.
- Maintain accurate production records including batch logs inventory usage and shift reports.
- Identify and troubleshoot production issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Enforce compliance with health safety and sanitation regulations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency and reduce waste.
- Support product development and scaling efforts as needed.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of production supplies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in beverage production or manufacturing environment preferably in a lead or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of beverage production processes quality control and safety standards.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Familiarity with production software and record-keeping.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. Food Safety HACCP) preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree in food science Business or related field is a plus.
