We are searching for a talented LPN Urgent Care Center
*$5000 new hire sign-on bonus for this position. (rehires termed more than 1 year also eligible)*
Hours: 40hrs
Shift: Day/Evening shift Monday - Friday 8:00am - 8:30pm / Saturday - Sunday 9:00am - 5:30pm with weekend and holiday rotation
Location: Urgent Care - Lakeville MA

**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours.

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing or equivalent is required.
- One year of experience within medical office urgent care center or skilled nursing facility experience is preferred.
- Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) is highly desirable.
- LPN License in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and BLS and ACLS certification is required.
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
