Job Description
What success looks like in this role:
Collaborate with Executive Leadership to define long-term goals and initiatives that drive sustainable growth
Prioritize objectives and implement strategies to achieve company initiatives as part of the leadership team.
Build lead and mentor a team leaders and professionals providing guidance training and support.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to asses the effectiveness of current business strategies.
Prepare regular reports and presentations highlighting progress and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement comprehensive organizational development and growth strategies aligned with Unisys goals and objectives.
Monitor expenditures and ensure effective resource allocation to maximize ROI.
Collaborate with finance and executive teams to develop budgets and financial plans
Identify emerging market trends industry disruptions and competitive landscape changes to capitalize on new opportunities develop scalable solutions..
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients partners stakeholders and industry influencers.
Represent the company at industry events conferences and networking opportunities to build brand awareness.

You will be successful in this role if you have:
