About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Fitter & Turner to support production operations within a busy polyurethane manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working with machinery and contributing to the success of a growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance repair and adjustment of production machinery and equipment
- Precision fitting of machine components
- Support in setup and operation of polyurethane casting equipment
- General maintenance tasks across the workshop
- Assist with fabrication and tooling requirements as needed
- Adhere to all WHS and company safety protocols
- Trade qualified Fitter & Turner
- Minimum 2 years experience in a workshop or manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within a small team
- Forklift licence desirable but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and safety focus
- Part-time: 3 days per week (flexible scheduling available)
- Location: Goulburn NSW
- Industry: Manufacturing (Polyurethane & Rubber products)
- Hours: 24 hours/week approximately
- Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on experience
