What Youll Do (Besides Impressing Us Daily)
Systems & Facility Ops
Execute daily campus sweepslighting signage building exteriors landscaping lot flow.
Pre-open checklist complete by 8 AM. No excuses.
Identify and escalate facility issues like a retail-savvy engineer with a leaf blower.
Fleet Flow Field Movement
Master vehicle choreography across the lot showroom service lanes and customer pickup zones.
Fuel levels Always above a quarter
Drivebacks delivered clean positioned with symmetry and locked in like product demos for a board pitch.
Data Integrity & Inventory Control
Contribute to the weekly/monthly VIN audits like a living breathing RFID tag.
Maintain 100% key vault control (no disappearing keys no mystery drives).
Apply buyers guides tags and window stickers with the accuracy of a UX designer.
Who You Are
A highly observant low-maintenance operator.
Physically capable (able to lift 50 lbs walk all day and work in all weather).
Tech-comfortable: you can scan a VIN log a photo and not crash the DMS.
Clear communicatorwhether texting the team or reporting a loose bolt.
You show up on time. Every time. No ghosting no vanishing.
