Mini-Circuits designs manufactures and distributes integrated circuits modules and sub-systems for high-performance radio frequency (RF) and microwave applications. With design sales and manufacturing locations in over 30 countries Mini-Circuits products are used in a range of wired and wireless communications applications. Position Summary:
The Technical Marketing Engineer - MMIC - is responsible for providing technical application expertise pre-release product support and execution of new product datasheets. This role focuses on meeting the short and mid-term demands of Mini-Circuits target customers in core markets and applications through technical engagement while working closely with cross-disciplinary teams. Additionally this individual will develop application demonstrators application notes and white papers in partnership with product marketing and marketing communications teams.
Salary Range:$100000 - $140000 per year
Job Function:
- Work directly with Product Marketing members to assess gaps in technical support material to drive new MMIC model and customer success.
- Assist in creating application notes white papers and other technical documentation to support product marketing efforts.
- Conduct thorough technical reviews of datasheets during generation to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Collaborate with product development teams to update and refine datasheets based on market feedback and new product insights.
- Provide technical support for pre-release products including testing troubleshooting and resolving customer requests.
- Provide technical feedback and application insights to product marketing for product improvements to drive roadmap development.
- Design and develop application demonstration hardware to highlight product and application knowledge to customer base.
- Support customers with evaluation board test data and application-specific test board modifications for pre-release products as well as evaluation board logistics.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations and training sessions for sales teams and customers.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product development operations test sales and marketing communication.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering required.
- Minimum 4 years related experience in the RF/Microwave industry or other hi-tech industry related to telecommunications electronics machine automation or controls systems in the Telecommunications Aerospace and Defense Test and Measurement or Broadband Optical industries.
- Strong technical background with experience in RF products.
- Ability to work independently in the lab.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Conduct business on off hours to accommodate global customers as needed.
- Must possess a polished and professional image.
