Job Description
Location: Plano TX (Hybrid/On-site)
Job Type: Full-Time
Industry: Technology / AI Solutions / Data Science
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Machine Learning Engineer with expertise in Generative AI Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our team in Plano TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python data engineering and AI model development with hands-on experience in deploying scalable data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deploy data-driven solutions using Python and machine learning techniques
- Work with both structured and unstructured data stored in MongoDB
- Utilize Databricks for data processing analysis and model development
- Apply Generative AI and NLP techniques to solve complex business problems
- Fine-tune and evaluate Large Language Models (LLMs) preferably using OpenAI technologies
- Design build and implement AI agents for various enterprise applications
- Conduct supervised and unsupervised learning model development and performance evaluation
- Perform LLM evaluation to assess model effectiveness and alignment with business goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers product managers and business stakeholders
- Stay current with the latest advancements in AI ML NLP and LLM technologies
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Data Science AI or related field
- 3 years of experience in machine learning NLP or AI development
- Proficiency in Python Databricks and MongoDB
- Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning prompt engineering and model evaluation
- Strong understanding of data pipelines model deployment and AI infrastructure
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. Azure AWS GCP) is a plus
