Are you a German-speaking pharmacy professional looking to take the next step in your career abroad Join our team as a Pharma Adviser and support healthcare professionals in the German market from our vibrant office in Porto Portugal. About the Role
As a Pharma Adviser youll provide expert technical support to pharmacists and healthcare professionals in the German market. Youll respond to product-related inquiries and complaints via phone email chat and social mediaensuring accurate information and excellent service at all times.
This is an ideal opportunity for candidates with pharmacy experience in Germany who want to grow their careers in an international setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with pharmacists and healthcare professionals via phone email chat and online platforms
- Provide clear and timely information about pharmaceutical products
- Handle inquiries and complaints with empathy and precision
- Accurately document interactions using internal systems
- Collaborate with your team to deliver high-quality customer support
Your Profile
- At least 1 year of experience working in a German pharmacy (as PTA or comparable role)
- Native-level German (spoken and written)
- English at B2 level or higher
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical systems and terminology (e.g. Warenwirtschaftssystem Pharmazentralnummer)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using digital tools for daily work
- Willingness to relocate and work in a shift-based environment
