Shift: 12 HR Nights 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
Compensation: Based on experience
Responsibilities: - Perform detailed patient assessments and identify health problems.
- Develop implement and evaluate care plans adjusting as needed to achieve desired patient outcomes.
- Monitor and assess patient responses to treatment.
- Maintain therapeutic professional relationships with patients and families.
- Provide education to patients families and colleagues promoting informed decision-making and self-care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team and the community to coordinate care.
- Delegate nursing tasks appropriately ensuring timely follow-up.
- Advocate for patient safety quality and efficiency in care planning and delivery.
- Promote teamwork recognize contributions of others and support professional growth.
- Demonstrate commitment to community service and high standards of professional ethics.

Qualifications: - Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ASN or BSN).
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (or must obtain within 30 days of hire).
