Job Description
Location: Marble Falls TX 78654
Shift: 12 HR Nights 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
Compensation: Based on experience
- Perform detailed patient assessments and identify health problems.
- Develop implement and evaluate care plans adjusting as needed to achieve desired patient outcomes.
- Monitor and assess patient responses to treatment.
- Maintain therapeutic professional relationships with patients and families.
- Provide education to patients families and colleagues promoting informed decision-making and self-care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team and the community to coordinate care.
- Delegate nursing tasks appropriately ensuring timely follow-up.
- Advocate for patient safety quality and efficiency in care planning and delivery.
- Promote teamwork recognize contributions of others and support professional growth.
- Demonstrate commitment to community service and high standards of professional ethics.
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments of patients and prioritize their needs.
- Provide interventions based on current evidence and standards of nursing care.
- Maintain professional boundaries while building trust with patients and families.

- Identify opportunities for improvement and problem-solve effectively.
- Practice within the scope of professional nursing standards and hospital policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with electronic medical record requirements.

- Strong knowledge of nursing standards practices and patient care procedures.
- Understanding of nursing regulations hospital policies and professional guidelines.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and pharmacology including common medications and side effects.
- Commitment to professional ethics and patient confidentiality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a diverse team.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office EMR systems scheduling and secure data handling.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ASN or BSN).
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (or must obtain within 30 days of hire).
