Job Description
- Location: Claremont NH 03743
- Duration: 9 weeks Contract
- Weekly Pay Rate: $494 - $608
- Shift: 7:00 AM End: 3:00 PM
- Guaranteed Hours: 38 per week
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing dressing grooming toileting and feeding.
- Take and record vital signs including temperature pulse respiration and blood pressure.
- Observe and report changes in patients condition to nursing staff.
- Assist with mobility and transfers using proper body mechanics and equipment.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
- Maintain a clean safe and comfortable patient environment.
- Follow infection control and safety procedures.
- Accurately document care provided in the facilitys electronic health record system.
- Active LNA License (required).
- Minimum 6 months 1 year of LNA experience.
- Current BLS Certification (American Heart Association).
- Ability to work overnight shifts and be dependable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
