Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the insurance team ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Manage schedules appointments and calendar for insurance agents.
- Assist with client inquiries and provide information regarding insurance policies and services.
- Organize and maintain client files and insurance documentation accurately.
- Conduct research and gather information necessary for preparing reports and proposals.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and materials for client meetings.
- Facilitate communication between clients insurance agents and other stakeholders.
- Handle data entry and maintain databases with up-to-date client information.
- Support marketing efforts including email campaigns and social media management.
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and general computer skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Desired Experience:
- Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role is a plus.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
