Location 100% REMOTE Must Live in California
Base Salary $150000 to $165000
Job Details:
Our client seeks an experienced Litigation Associate with two to eight years of experience to join its Litigation Business Unit in Southern California.
The Associate will work exclusively on a team representing automobile manufacturers distributors and dealers in warranty-related matters.
While prior warranty experience is not required all candidates must demonstrate the following:
- Trial and arbitration preparation and courtroom experience including motion practice depositions and mediations
