These are our current challenges and future goals:
As the Product Manager - International Expansion youll be responsible for driving the successful launch growth and localization of our web experience in new markets. This role sits within the Web Experience team and acts as the critical link between Digital Product Marketing Brand Legal and the broader Tech organization. Youll ensure our international sites deliver seamless high performing customer journeys that balance global consistency with local market needs - supporting conversion retention and overall business growth.
This is where we need your support:
- International B2B Expansion: You take ownership of building and expanding our international B2B business in the Netherlands and the BeNeLux region with a focus on drugstores grocery retail and relevant platforms
- Key Account Management: You strategically develop our international key accounts manage collaborations and nurture existing partnerships
- Pitches & Annual Meetings: You prepare pitches assortment proposals and promotional plans and conduct annual meetings independently
- Cross-functional Collaboration: You work closely with internal teams such as Marketing Operations Regulatory and E-Commerce
- Market & Competitor Analysis: You analyze market and competitor trends identify new opportunities and spot potential partners
- Representing Internationally: You represent our company at international trade fairs and customer meetings including on-site
You have the following experience:
- You have several years of experience in international key account management ideally in FMCG Beauty Health or Nutrition
- You have a deep understanding of the Dutch retail landscape especially regarding drugstores and/or grocery retail
- You communicate confidently in German and English Dutch language skills are a big plus
- You work proactively and in a structured way with a strong hands-on mentality
- You are confident using tools like Google Workspace Slack Asana and CRM systems
