Tasks
General Training and Quality Management activities
- Review of Pathology related SOP/INS/FORMs
- Review of Training Plans and maintenance of Pathologists training matrix
- Organization of training / competency assessment activities for pathologists
- General office organization and filing
- Organisation and review of inter-pathology concordance
- Organisation and preparation of Pathology meetings
- Organissation of proficiency testing programs
Management of pathologists activity
- Organization of weekly pathologists duty roster and long-term pathologists tasks
- Communication and coordination with different departments
- Support in planning and supervision of pathologists resources
- Organization of sample flow and sample distribution to pathologists
- Maintenance of consultancy contracts and liaising with legal department
- Data collection assistance
Requirements
- Foreign language correspondence clerk commercial clerk management assistant in event management or similar
- 100% on site
- Experience with pathology resources planning is a plus
- Excellent English communication skills
- Knowledge of databases and software tools incl. LIMS VEMAS is a plus
