Role Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions recording vital signs and updating medical records.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families about health management and treatment options.
• Maintain a sterile and safe environment for patient care.
• Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures as necessary.
• Respond to patient needs and concerns in a timely and compassionate manner.
• Document all patient interactions assessments and care provided accurately.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance nursing skills.
• Adhere to ethical and legal guidelines in nursing practice.
• Support patients with emotional and psychological needs during their recovery process.
• Manage inventory of medical supplies and report shortages to supervisors.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with nursing practices.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Valid nursing degree from an accredited institution.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in India.
• Minimum of insert years years of nursing experience.
• Experience in a clinical or hospital setting preferred.
• Strong understanding of patient care standards and protocols.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR).
• High level of adaptability to changing healthcare environments.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach towards patients.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is a plus.
• Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing education and training.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards in nursing practice.
