Job Title: Ms DNB DGO Gynaecologist Consultant

Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough examinations of patients to assess their health status.
- Diagnose and treat various gynecological conditions.
- Perform surgeries and assist in different surgical procedures.
- Manage patient care before during and after surgeries.
- Provide prenatal and postnatal care for expectant mothers.
- Counsel patients regarding their reproductive health and choices.
- Document patient history treatment plans and progress notes accurately.
- Develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
- Stay updated with the latest medical research and advancements in gynecology.
- Participate in continuing education and training programs.
- Organize and lead health education sessions for patients.
- Respond to emergencies and provide immediate care when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols.
- Contribute to departmental quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MBBS) from a recognized institution.
- Specialization in Gynecology and Obstetrics (DNB / DGO).
- Licensure to practice medicine in India.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical setting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of gynecological procedures and treatments.
- Proficient in using medical equipment and technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ethical standards and professional integrity.
- Ability to build rapport with patients and families.
- Commitment to patient-centric care.
- Experience in conducting patient education and counseling.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Willingness to participate in research and training initiatives.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
