Job Title: PCB Design Engineer

This is an on-site position that offers a collaborative environment where engineers can thrive and make a tangible impact within the industry.
Role Responsibilities:
- Design and develop PCB layouts for various electronic devices.
- Experience in integrating wireless modules Wi-Fi BLE Zigbee Lora etc
- Experience in designing battery powered circuits.
- Conduct circuit simulations to verify designs and performance specifications.
- Perform signal integrity analysis to ensure design reliability.
- Complete Design for Manufacturing (DFM) analysis for manufacturable designs.
- Utilize ECAD tools to create schematic captures and PCB designs.
- Select suitable components based on technical specifications and availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements.
- Create detailed design documentation and technical reports.
- Review and validate designs to meet industry standards.
- Address and resolve design issues during the prototyping phase.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of PCB design techniques and technologies.
- Support manufacturing teams in the assembly and testing of PCBs.
- Participate in design review meetings to ensure project alignment.
- Continuously improve PCB design processes and methodologies.
- Train and mentor junior engineering staff as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in PCB design and layout.
- Strong knowledge of PCB design software (e.g. Altium Eagle OrCAD).
- Familiarity with electronics testing and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of design specifications and project lifecycles.
- Experience with signal integrity and power integrity analysis.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of IPC standards and regulations.
- Experience in prototyping and testing of PCB designs.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently when necessary.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced engineering environment.
