About This Job:

Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda Kenya Tanzania Rwanda and South Sudan.

On behalf of our client in the manufacturing industry we are looking for competent skilled and experienced Warehouse & Deliveries Coordinator to work in Uganda.

Job Purpose:

The Warehouse & Deliveries Coordinator will manage day-to-day warehouse operations including inventory control order processing and delivery scheduling. This role requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient warehouse operations while maintaining high standards of accuracy safety and customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Warehouse Management.

Oversee receiving storage and dispatch of goods in the warehouse.

Ensure proper stock arrangement labelling and warehouse organization for easy access.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment as needed.

Implement and enforce warehouse safety and security measures.

Maintain warehouse cleanliness and compliance with company policies.

2. Inventory Control.

Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.

Ensure inventory records are up to date in the warehouse management system.

Work closely with procurement and sales teams to ensure stock availability.

Minimize stock losses through proper handling and storage.

3. Deliveries & Logistics Coordination.

Plan and coordinate daily deliveries to customers and retail stores.

Ensure accurate order picking packing and dispatching.

Optimize delivery routes for cost efficiency and timely order fulfillment.

Track deliveries and resolve any logistical issues that arise.

Liaise with third-party transport providers and ensure service quality.

4. Reporting & Process Improvement.

Generate reports on warehouse performance stock movement and delivery efficiency.

Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions.

Work with the operations team to improve overall supply chain efficiency.



Requirements

Experience and Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or a related field.

Minimum 3 5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics coordination.

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations inventory management and logistics.

Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software or SAP.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
