Job Description

The Recruiter identifies screens attracts & interviews the best talent to satisfy current and future hiring needs. The ideal candidate must possess strong inbound and outbound sourcing skills for technical talent and general roles excellent candidate management and interpersonal skills a highly proactive nature and a keen understanding of how to assess candidates especially during an interview for an incredibly high talent bar. Recruiters work along with the other Recruiters under the guidance of the Recruiting Manager.


DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Collaborates with Recruiters Senior Recruiter & Recruiting Manager while overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process including research inbound and outbound sourcing CV screening interview management candidate assessments response analysis and offer recommendation negotiation and acceptance.
  • Engages with both active and passive candidates sourced from online databases contact lists internal databases job boards and employee referrals.
  • Maintains a pipeline of previously engaged candidates across multiple requisitions to ensure high candidate quality and expedite the hiring process.
  • Collaborates with hiring managers to ensure job requirements and communications are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Facilitates interviews and hiring discussions between interviewers and Hiring Managers.
  • Sends the Employment Verification Consent Form to candidates following the initial interview.
  • Provides detailed interview notes before presenting candidates to Hiring Managers.
  • Initiates the English Proficiency Test following the initial interview.
  • (For Design Roles) Initiates the Design Test before the iTEP.
  • Coordinates with Design Trainer to review portfolios and design tests.
  • Coordinates with Hiring Managers for final interview arrangements.
  • Presents candidates to US management for final review and approval.
  • Facilitates job offer discussions.
  • Maintains open communication with candidates to ensure smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Tracks candidate statuses through the applicant tracking system updating data reports and performance metrics regularly.
  • Ensures compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations ensuring goals for candidate slate mix are met for each position.

Requirements

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:


  • Excellent interviewing skills.
  • Proficient in identifying issues/inconsistencies during an interview.
  • Excellent interview notes presentation.
  • Effectively presents SlideGenius and the current & future opportunities in an engaging and attractive manner when communicating with candidates.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Patient communicative team player that is detail oriented and has outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Experience partnering with managers interviewers and team members throughout the hiring process.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills.
  • Effective multi-tasking skills.
  • Willing to work flexible hours as needed.


EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Bachelors degree or equivalent level of experience.

  • 2 years of recruiting/sourcing experience in a corporate setting.
