Job Description
This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
What We re Looking For Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in U.S. commercial real estate (brokerage, developer, Real Estate Investment Trust-REIT, etc.) Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop Experience with Constant Contact or similar email marketing platforms Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, ClientLook) Strong written English and ability to create polished, client-ready materials Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines Preferred: Understanding of industrial real estate and site logistics layouts Experience with Canva, Figma, or Lucidchart Working knowledge of U.S. commercial real estate terminology and marketing best practices
