You ll support key projects by keeping tasks and deadlines on track helping streamline processes and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Conduct daily morning check-ins to review schedules priorities and task lists
Draft and manage professional email correspondence
Maintain and organize to-do lists and project trackers
Send deadline reminders and follow up on action items
Assist with calendar coordination and proposal-related admin tasks
Use Google Sheets for organizing and tracking data
Consolidate information from various meetings and sources
Provide ongoing administrative support to keep projects moving
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets Slides Gmail)
Experience managing email inboxes and professional communication
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Time management and prioritization expertise
CRM experience is a plus but not required
Permanent work-from-home setup
