Job Description


Fohntech group are seeking highly organized and detail-oriented QAQC Turnover Package Engineer to manage the compilation coordination and submission of turnover documentation for a pharmaceutical project.


Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all documentation (including schedules equipment lists P&IDs as-built drawings equipment manuals test reports validation documents and inspection records) is accurately compiled and formatted for submission as per site-agreed formats.

Drive the final push initiative required for system handover by pro-actively engaging with relevant departments to resolve any outstanding issues and obtain all required information.

Proactively follow up with engineering construction quality assurance and commissioning teams to gather and verify all necessary turnover documentation ensuring timely completion.

Review and verify quality documentation ensuring it meets project and regulatory requirements before submission.

Facilitate punch list management and actively pursue resolution of outstanding items before turnover.

Implement the required look-ahead scheduling of pack building for required systems ensuring alignment on upcoming requirements and status.

Serve as the key point of contact for completions and turnover documentation queries ensuring swift responses to information requests.

Maintain and update the turnover package tracking system/tracker to ensure real-time status visibility.

Ensure compliance with Good Document Practices.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives in turnover documentation processes and systems.

Completion of field inspections where required.

Clear communication with the site team to fulfill deadlines.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Skills:

Electrical or Instrumentation Degree/Qualification(s).

Prior experience in pharmaceutical environments.

Ability to multitask and manage workload efficiently in a fast-moving pharmaceutical setting within multidisciplinary teams including engineers technicians and quality assurance personnel.

Strong knowledge of Electrical and Instrumentation systems including control systems PLCs SCADA and automation technologies.

Ability to interpret in detail P&IDs Electrical Drawings Loop Diagrams and Instrumentation Schematics.

IT skills including the use of desktop software and tablet-based applications for documentation and reporting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and PDF collaboration software applications.

Experience working with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and turnover tracking tools for project documentation.
