Job Description

As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager youll act as a trusted partner for Wix Enterprise accounts ensuring long-term customer success and growth. Youll provide expert guidance foster strong relationships and help customers achieve their business goals. In your day-to-day you will 

  • Act as a trusted partner and consultant for a dedicated portfolio of Wix Enterprise accounts providing expert guidance on launching and optimizing their web presence 

  • Conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate the value and impact of Wix ensuring alignment with customer goals and fostering long-term health 

  • Partner with product teams to develop and deliver tailored onboarding workshops and training sessions based on specific client business requirements 

  • Champion the voice of the customer by providing crucial feedback to the Wix product team helping to shape the future evolution of our platform 

  • Drive growth by identifying expansion opportunities facilitating the renewal process and ensuring continuous value throughout the customer lifecycle 

  • Work directly with our most successful clients of all segments including enterprise accounts as well as high-revenue mid-market clients and smaller businesses providing solutions for their complex use cases 


Qualifications :

  • 5 years of experience in customer success or account management roles in a SaaS company 

  • Fluent in Japanese and business-level English 

  • Ability to present complex ideas in an accessible and engaging way to both internal and external stakeholders including executive-level conversations with customers 

  • Ability to identify customer business objectives and pain points in order to measure Wixs financial impact on the customers business 

  • Curiosity growth mindset and genuine interest in tech and industry  

  • Proactive mindset and collaborative nature

We are Wixs Sales and Account Management team. We empower new users agencies and enterprise businesses to solve their digital needs using Wix products and solutions. We aim to increase sales by fostering enterprise partnerships and generating high-intent traffic to Wix beyond the traditional traffic acquisition funnel. As a team we play an essential role in building brand partnerships and moving the business of Wix forward.
