Join Mars as an Area Maintenance Lead -

Fremont NE - Onsite

Looking for an individual to take the lead in ensuring our extrusion equipment runs at peak performance. Were seeking a proactive Area Maintenance LEad who will play a key role in maintiaining and optimizing our machinery.

What are we looking for

Minimum

3-5 years experience in a similar position
Advanced problem solving and project management skills.
Confident PC user (SAP Microsoft Office (Excel Word Power Point)) production planning systems.

Preferred

Bachelors degree
Proven maintenance experience in food manufacturing

What will be your key responsibilities

Operate complex machines and systems adjusting processes to optimize quality and productivity. Also responsible for generating solutions to complex inefficiencies.
Troubleshoot and diagnose highly complex equipment and systems for preventive repairs. Use expertise to lead major equipment re-builds and guide planned installation of complex systems.
Implement corrective actions or continuous improvement initiatives and monitoring them to make sure they are effective.
