Job Description
- You will be responsible for reviewing alerts and conducting thorough case investigations to identify potential suspicious activities for reporting purposes
- You are a specialist in transaction monitoring with a strong understanding of compliance requirements and industry best practices
- You have the ability to detect patterns and trends indicative of money laundering terrorist financing or other types of suspicious activities
- You are skilled at conducting in-depth investigations when suspicious activities are identified ensuring all findings are accurately documented
- Previous experience working in a neo-bank or digital banking environment is considered an advantage
Qualifications :
- You bring several years of hands-on experience in an operational AML/AFC role within the banking or financial sector
- You excel at creating thorough and precise case documentation
- You are confident in making sound risk-based decisions
- You effectively prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of workflows
- You are fluent in both German and English with excellent communication skills in both languages
- You have a keen eye for detail and approach your work with accuracy and diligence
- You demonstrate a proactive and motivated mindset always striving for excellence
