Job Description
- Organize the co-engineering and industrial development to ensure product and process design are optimized for manufacturability.
- Ensure the transferability of the industrial activities by using standard processes
- Drive industrialization resources in the tenders development phase pre-serial phase and serial production phase.
- Organize the management of Special Processes and critical operations regarding product safety and reliability.
Qualifications :
Industrial background with 10 years experience preferably in the railway industry ideally in an international organization
Ability to manage a team of engineers and technicians in technical fields
Technical experience of Process Engineering writing and improving manufacturing work instructions line balancing Lean Manufacturing
Experience in working with an ERP (such as SAP) for Bill of Materials Routings Configuration follow-up
Working knowledge of Quality and Health & Safety standards and systems
Additional Information :
