A Senior Designer at Levis creates innovative commercially viable products that deliver value and style. This position on the Mens Knit Tops and Sweaters teams will sustain the development evolution and communication of the Levis look to deepen the brand value and identity.
About the Job
Collaborate with Mens Tops Director in developing seasonal concepts for Mens Knit Tops & Sweaters
Collaborate with the Director & CAD designer to create and develop seasonal print and pattern stories
Develop on-brand trend-right product that creates equity and profitability for the Levis brand and upholds our aesthetic standards.
Sustain effective partnerships with Merchandising Product Development and Sourcing to ensure products are engineered to profit and quality/aesthetic goals.
Manage execution of PLM BOM data integrity: protos commercial samples and production.
Strategize and lead GTM timelines process and deliverables with Designer and Assistant Designer level team members.
You will report to the Director Mens Tops Design
About You
8 years of design experience with a focus on mens knit products (t-shirts fleece sweaters etc.) and responsible for all facets of design and development
Expertise in textiles and product development; working knowledge of garment construction pattern-making fabric construction print and pattern fabric finishing techniques and processes
Proficient on all design platforms Adobe CC and PLM program; experience with CLO & Miro
Desire to work in a matrixed and quickly-evolving organization that thrives on
Lead teams to execute design direction and prioritize deliverables
Built relationships and successfully influenced senior level leaders; exercises strong judgement
Passion for the Levis brand and pushing its bounds
This is a hybrid position based in our San Francisco CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note time in office can vary depending on business needs.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $132900-$177200 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education qualifications performance and business needs.
