Job Description
- Assist in updating and maintaining IT asset records (hardware software services) using tools like Snipe-IT.
- Help review software requests and collaborate with departments to maintain an accurate and secure software catalog.
- Support procurement efforts by preparing purchase orders verifying invoices and reviewing contract terms.
- Coordinate with hardware and software vendors to gather quotes and manage delivery timelines.
- Track warranties license renewals and third-party support agreements to ensure compliance and continuity.
- Participate in reporting and documentation of asset usage inventory levels and procurement activities.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements and cross-functional collaboration within the IT & Security department.
Qualifications :
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors program in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and a structured reliable working style.
- Interest in both the technical and operational sides of IT asset management.
- Comfortable working with data and multiple systems for documentation and analysis.
- Effective communicator who enjoys working with different teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Excel Snipe-IT or ERP tools is a plus but not required.
