Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our growing team. The BI Analyst will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is passionate about data experienced with BI tools and capable of communicating complex information clearly to stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Designing and building dashboards reports and visualizations using tools such as Power BI Tableau or Looker.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop relevant KPIs and metrics.
- Providing data-driven recommendations to improve operational efficiency sales performance customer experience etc.
- Maintaining and improving existing BI solutions ensuring data accuracy integrity and reliability.
- Assisting in data governance initiatives and documentation of data definitions logic and processes.
- Identifying trends patterns and opportunities for business growth based on data analysis.
Qualifications :
To join our team:
- You have a Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science Data Science Statistics or a related field.
- You have 2 years of experience in a similar BI or data analyst role.
- You are proficient in BI tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau Looker).
- You have strong SQL skills and experience querying relational databases.
- You are able to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.
- You are bilingual in English and French
