Were looking for aNew Build Aftercare Managerto take charge of our Aftercare Service - ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience in the first 12 months of their new home journey. Youll be the driving force behind resolving building defects quickly and effectively managing a team that acts as the vital link between customers contractors and internal teams.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Leading the aftercare process for up to500 new homes per year ensuring issues are resolved with speed and care.
• Managing a dedicated team overseeing budgets and building strong partnerships with contractors and developers.
• Handling complex and high-pressure situations with confidence empathy and professionalism.
• Developing and refining reporting processes to drive performance and customer satisfaction.
• Acting as a key decision-maker ensuring our service reflects the highest standards of quality and accountability.

Salary

The salary for the New Build Aftercare Manager is 49833 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. Applicants who do not meet all the requirements of the post will start 5% or 10% below the spot salary.

This position is eligible for an essential car user allowance starting from 1250 per annum.

About you

• Thorough understanding of National House Building Council defect definitions.
• Proven experience in customer care and relationship management.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Experience in managing projects including change management and process improvements.
• High level of computer literacy especially in MS Office.
• Willingness to travel and flexibility to adapt to job requirements.
