Winning is looking for a Recruiter to join our team and to provide full-time Recruiter services in one of our main clients in the Technology Sector. The Recruiter is responsible for creating strategic staffing approaches to attract a wide pool of qualified talent for the organization.
The ideal candidate will have strong social and leadership skills experienced negotiating strategies and excellent organizational abilities. He/she should be familiar with developing recruitment marketing strategies that effectively attract and retain top talent.
Responsibilities:
Source potential candidates through social networks direct approach research and internal systems
Experience using LinkedIn to source quality candidates and experience with various interview formats
Requirements:
Organization skills and able to work under pressure
People-oriented and results driven
Excellent Level of Germanand English(Other European languages will be a plus)
International background
