Join our team to lead the integration of forecasting models with cutting-edge technology driving innovation and efficiency.
As the Product Director with the Forecast Automation and Engineering team you will leverage your techno-functional expertise to design and implement forecasting models that meet business needs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to alignontechnical solutions with business objectives ensuring model accuracy and efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret forecasting processes to design optimized solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and model enhancements(e.g. connecting upstream/downstream calculators streamlining code base).
- Collaborate with tech teams functional partners and internal stakeholders to align on business and technical requirements.
- Develop a scorecard of metrics to track success in a multi-dimensional way (e.g. time saved data pipelines automated control checks enabled).
- Articulate aproduct vision and strategy to guide development efforts.
- Develop a strategic roadmap for onboarding models ontocloud-based architecture (e.g. Databricks).
- Leverage JIRA and JIRA Align to align stories epics and initiatives to the product roadmap.
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Science Business or related field.
- Proven experience in product management with a focus on data-driven solutions.
- Strong understanding of Databricks architecture and Python coding.
- Experience in developing and executing forecasting models.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop comprehensive product roadmaps.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- Background in retail banking products.
- Familiarity with modern front-end technologies and cloud solutions.
- Ability to effectively maximize delivery of business goals and returns on investment.
