Basic Job Functions:
The IT Operations Technician will be part of the NBT Infrastructure Team which is responsible for partnering with and supporting teammates at IT Operations Technician responsibilities include but are not limited to providing in-person and remote technical support. Ordering configuringsupporting IT equipment and managing inventory. Implementing Azure cloud IT solutions and services. Engaging with the business to understandrequirements and provide appropriate support and solutions. Working on projects and performing other duties as assigned.
Candidate should display:
Effective oral and written communications skills and able to work effectively with users in remote locations.
Must have excellent customer service skills.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize support requests efficiently.
Exemplary in work ethic and positivity.
Aptitude in developing trustworthy relationships within a team across teams and throughout the organization.
Willingness to work on an as needed basis including nights and weekends.
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate lead and uphold safety policies practices procedures and housekeeping standards at all times.
Minimum Qualifications:
IT related bachelors degree or equivalent combination of experience and education will also be considered.
One year of experience of IT support
Aptitude to learn new skills in the first 90 days.
Preferred Qualifications:
AZ-900 Certification
AZ-104 Certification
PowerShell Experience
Cloud Migration Experience
Microsoft ADO Experience
Agile Mindset Experience
