Job Description
Work Flexibility: Hybrid
The SeniorMaster Data Management Analysts responsibilities included but are not limited to:
Operations management
- Ensure incoming requests are processed according to SLA and in compliance with guidelines and policies;
- Identifies process standardization and continuous improvement opportunities;
- Adopts and complies with process excellence methodology (Lean Six Sigma MDI change control);
- Identifies develops and delivers the VMD-relevant training for the current scope of services;
- Works closely with different departments and proactively manages Stakeholders;
- Supports the Associate Manager in the development reporting and maintenance of KPIs;
- Together with the Associate Manager builds a plan to help achieve the Team objectives/KPIs;
- Tasks: DOA maintenance & update Supplier creation &update Employee creation & update Intercompany Supplier/Customer creation & update COA creation & update.
Control and compliance
- Maintains a quality focus culture within the Team;
- Responsible for preparing the relevant EY/SOX controls;
- Ensure efficient timely and satisfactory implementation of corrective actions for deficiencies identified by the Manager Internal Control or Audit;
- Reviews creates and maintains internal processes and controls documentation;
- Maintain objectivity independence and due professional care consistent with Stryker and external standards;
- Protect the organizations value by keeping information confidential;
Education Requirements
- Bachelors or HBO Degree in Finance /Business-related subjects;
- Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus;
- Fluent spoken and written English any other European language is a plus.
Work Experience
- A combined professional experience of 4 years is required in the areas of master data: Supplier Customer Employees Intercompany Accounts COA;
- ServiceNow or similar workflow management tooling - preferable
- ERP systems (Oracle SAP MFG pro BPCS PRMS SQL) - preferable
